In collaboration with our client in Hamilton Hill, we embarked on a unique project. As owner builders, they aspired to add a laundry and master bedroom with ensuite to their home. Together, we meticulously designed the drainage and water services, aligning with their vision to bring this dream to life. These snapshots capture the pre-lay stage just before the concrete slab was poured.
After the concrete pour in Hamilton Hill, our team installed the drainage system. We also carefully located, excavated and exposed the existing drain in order to install the new sewer junction. It's all part of our job to ensure a smooth project!
For this project our client needed a quick, like-for-like replacement of their aging hot water unit, including pipes and valves. The existing unit had reached the end of its life, leaving them without hot water. Within just 12 hours of their call we had the new unit installed and fully operational. We also removed and disposed of the old unit, making it hassle-free for the client!
When our client's aging copper water line decided to host a daily leak party, we recognized the need for a full makeover. We seamlessly replaced the entire line and added a protective Denzo wrap for extra resilience. To sweeten the deal, we assisted our client in completing a leak allowance application, ensuring they received the compensation they deserved. Say farewell to those skyrocketing water
Here's a fun one! Our client wanted an exposed copper shower on their new deck, complete with a shiny brass hose tap. They've got their own shower head on the way, and we've got it all set up and waiting. And, of course, friendly site supervisor, Poppy, kept a watchful eye on the action!
In preparation for the concrete cut and removal, we took great care in getting the room ready. We delicately taped off and wrapped everything – including light switches, the alarm control panel and power outlets.
